RETURN POLICY

 

 

Our policy is to make every effort to meet the needs of our customer and make their satisfaction “number one” with our company.  

 

We are aware that any number of things can happen when a package is shipped and that is why we have a “return policy”.  Please read the following requirements carefully before returning any item.

 

(1) A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required on all packages being returned. No refunds will be issued without the RMA number.

(2) Defective products can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase date but NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS- no exceptions.

(3) Special orders are non-refundable.

(4) If non-defective items are being returned, it must be in original shipping carton and all individual items unopened. 

(5) A 15% restock fee will be charged for non-defective items.

(6) It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item before receiving it from the carrier to make sure it is not damaged.

(7) Allow two weeks for credit to be issued for a return item.

(8) Replacement orders must be ordered as a new order with a new order number and it will include freight and shipping charges.

(9) No partial returns will be accepted.

 

SHIPPING METHOD AND SHIP TIME:

 

All items are shipped on a "per item" basis depending on the supplier.

All items are shipped "Ground" in USA mainland [specifically UPS or Federal Express]. No items are shipped internationally.

All items will ship within 3-7 business days unless specified "custom made", then ship time will be at the discretion of  the supplier.
