Why are these the most popular inflatable kayaks in America? In 2011 the Sea Eagle 330 was the most popular inflatable sport/fishing kayak. The Spring brought on still another popular demand in the Sea Eagle 370; it became America’s most popular kayak for leisure and fishing. Then, guess what? Summer brought the SE-330 back to be the most popular kayak. Then, just as we thought it would stay with the 330 through fall, but wrong we were, the SE-370 pulled ahead again. At the end of 2011 both of these kayaks were up in sales by 55%.

SE-385ft FastTrack were born to explore the large lakes with secluded islands, rivers, intimate salt marshes, inland bays, and hidden ocean coves. The secret of this new patent pending design is the outside drop stitch keel in the bow and the large skeg in the stern. These features combine to limit the “yaw” [sideways movement when using a double end paddle] of this kayak and create unparalleled “bite” on the water. When the paddler takes a paddle stroke on the left or right side, the drop stitch keel in bow acts as a black against the natural yaw of the kayak while the skeg keeps the kayak tracking forward. This “bite” propels the kayaker forward more efficiently because the natural yaw of the kayak is contained – resulting in greater speed and straighter course – in other words, the fastest way is the straightest line.
A very important feature is the high pressure drop stitch floor. It provides rock solif rigidity to the whole structure of the kayak making it very responsive to paddle strokes. The drop stitch floor even makes this kayak rigid enough to be used as a standup paddle board. The Foldcat 375fc and 440fc represent a dramatic advance in the design of pontoon fishing boats. Because they do not use a tubular aluminum construction system, they are far faster and easier to set up. In fact, because the assembly time is only 5-10 minutes, they are the only pontoon fishing boats in the world that are truly practical to assemble and disassemble on a daily basis. Unless you happen to have one or two hours daily to devote to the assembly and disassembly process, other pontoon boats must be left inflated all the time, after the arduous inflation and assembly process.
